Stacy Bullard is an accomplished construction professional with experience as a steel QC inspector, project engineer, and project manager. He spent 11 years overseeing Walgreens’ construction, remodeling, and relocation projects across 20 states and Puerto Rico. In 2006, he founded Integrity Developers, Inc. (IDI), where as President he has led projects for schools, libraries, churches, courthouses, prisons, federal facilities, banks, and commercial spaces. IDI’s clients include NAVFAC, GSA, FBP, Lake County, the City of Chicago, and Waukegan Schools. Certified in Construction Quality Management, Primavera, and lead remediation, Stacy also teaches construction courses and serves through the Black Chamber of Commerce. 

Ernesto Sánchez is President and Owner of M. Sanchez Concrete, Inc., a BBB-accredited concrete and excavation contractor based in Waukegan, Illinois. He has over 31 years of experience in the concrete construction and excavation field. Ernesto attended high school and pursued specialized training at Lake County College Carpentry School. Under his leadership, M. Sanchez Concrete serves both residential and commercial clients with foundations, patios, driveways, retaining walls, sidewalks, brick paving, flatwork, and excavation services. Known for quality, free estimates, and strong customer focus, he emphasizes insured, detail-oriented work.  

Apolonio Arenas, CPA, is President of Dieck, Arenas & Associates, PC, a Waukegan, Illinois accounting firm he joined as an intern in 1991 and became president after years as partner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Xavier University in 1992. Since 2006 he has served on the Board of Directors of NSTS Bancorp, Inc./North Shore Trust & Savings. He also sits on the board of All Are Welcome Social Services, Inc., and formerly served on the school board of Most Blessed Trinity Academy. With three decades of public accounting experience, Arenas supports small businesses and individuals in tax, accounting, and financial planning. 

Sharon Smith-Terry, MBA, is a visionary executive with over 20 years of leadership in marketing, operations, strategic planning, and business development. She is CEO of Caufey Smith Productions, a marketing firm focused on content creation and poetry-driven marketing. In 2025, she was appointed a Special Government Employee to the NIH’s National Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases Advisory Council. Previously CEO of the Orthopaedic Research Society, she also led global initiatives at Baxter and founded Resolutions Inc., launching 300+ products generating $20M. Sharon has held senior roles at the Neurocritical Care Society and the American Hospital Association and taught marketing for 22 years.
